The flag bearer one also has unique dialogue for DKs

How poorly as in being one of the best classes right now?
How the hell they say they are not enemies if the Death Knights killed dozens of paladins out of treason of their confidence and tried to raise some of his champions as undead?
The Death Knight Campaign in Legion was by far the best one out of them all, and I completed all of them. The story and the rush I felt when I was told to go to lights chapel gave me this feeling like oh man we're about to do this I Can't believe it only to be turned down. Still though was great to witness.
Love this intro of DKs questline and showing of Tirion Fordring! Even reading dialogue voice of Tirion goes thru my head and chill down the spine!
Don't forget: The Red Dragonflight has a grudge against what the Ebon Blade did as well (the Class Mount quest line). I like how this was referenced in a quest in Drustvar. You'd think the Black Harvest has a bad reputation. I think the Ebon Blade has them beat easily.
And here I was hoping that having a common enemy once more would bring the Ashen Verdict back together.
I think this is appropriate, and very believable. DK's have always been a bit outcast, which is fitting given their origins. They have contributed in important ways to overcoming numerous enemies, but given their origins and their continued penchant for questionable decisions it is understandable that there would be some caution towards them, and especially by an organization of Paladins.I honestly play both Classes and one of the things I like is the differing approaches to problems.
There are many dialogues that should change for different classes. For example Lady Vashj in shadowlands. I'm pretty sure i did not send her to shadowlands with my Demon Hunter.
@XuiCze The dialogue does change if you killed Vashj before Shadowlands. On beta a premade toon had Vashj commenting on her death but when I copied over my main she fully acknowledged I was the one who killed her.
@Rixas Well i did kill her since i'm running old raids for t-mogs but it's weird lorewise seeing Lady Vashj say i am the one who sent her to shadowlands since we were on the same side.
Honestly I'm really glad to be seeing nods back to Legion content, with this and the Four Horsemen short story that was released recently. It's great seeing things like this, where your experience is more shaped by the class you play and the actions your character has taken in the past. Death knights did some pretty questionable stuff in Legion and I'm glad that we get to finally see more references to that, because a lot of the time, content like this is swept under the rug and never acknowledged again because the current plotlines are always way too busy to include smaller details from past expansions.
Why was my post removed? I think that person i quoted was right. Ebon Blade, just as other factions matter, Death knights have been part of political and power landscape of Azeroth for a very long time and they are, like really really, underused. They matter, just like Argent Crusade, Dalaran and even lesser faction like Scarlets or Dragonmaw orcs. These faction should be given more space then all the newly created brainstormed factions like in Covenants in Shadowlands. Dont remove this again please.
The DK Legion campaign still rubs me the wrong way. Players should have more agency in whether they participate in atrocities, and in this case an Ebon Blade DK has even more reason to have agency to not blindly follow the Lich King. I feel like there has possibly been some rethinking going on with Bolvar's arc behind the scenes, because in Legion he seemed to have some very bad intentions and the campaign left me feeling like an unwitting participant, much like being Horde in BfA, except the only choice I had in Legion was to not kill all the red dragons.
