pleease blizzard give fury a buff pleaseeee
so ww monks insane in pvp and pve? this is balanced?
Well, this didn't age well.
maybe once frost mage is in full mythic raid and vault gear it'll be strong enough to be accepted into a heroic group....now if only people didnt instantly kick or ignore you when you tell them you're NOT fire or a faerie....edit: forgot about how frost now seems to also have dungeon/torghast bug that instantly puts you back in combat with whatever you died fighting so it then runs to you, or teleports ontop of you/your group so every death is 2.. feels nice being a liability if you somehow Are accepted to any groups :|
The worst thing about this sort of disbalance is that you can objectively be a better player than someone but you will still be lower on dps because of it. I play a ret paladin, and i am in the middle of the pack, or rather, on top of the "undesirables". Why bring a ret paladin into the raid if it can get out damaged by your average unholy dk or hunter or mage etc.? You better not say because of utility, because every class has same and/or better raid utility than a paladin. Same goes for warriors and demon hunters, except they got buffs/debuffs so you bring one of each, usually to buff the other "good" classes. In my opinion, for a hybrid class, that is acceptable, i don't expect to be the best in everything, but literally 50% of the dps specs are objectively worse than the other half. You can see it in the chart, a slow decline and then a sudden drop off. Every class has a better dps spec (or two) than a warrior, demon hunter or paladin. Even worse it is for the bottom chart specs, the frost mages, the destruction warlocks etc. Even in m+, they get overshadowed by the same specs that preform the best in raids. How is that balanced? This just makes it less enjoyable to play for me, even tho i will never reroll for better or for worse.
Everyone who complains about balance of the specs are missing the real "problem" which is the balance of the encounters. Look at the specs that are on top, they all excel at multi-target and cleave damage. Certain classes have a certain niche which really fits this current raid environment. I've played rogue for years. I love outlaw, but right now I'm running sub because I enjoy it. On single target fights I'm #2 or #3 in my raid group, even being less geared that others. However on fights with ANY cleave whatsoever I will fall to 6 or 7. Still, as long as I'm surviving and performing my role its okay. Yes, if I were pushing Cutting Edge I wouldn't even be invited to the raid, I would probably have to reroll to ranged or something. That's not the point.Granted, after seeing how the fights are and my raid comp, I'm going to need to respec into Outlaw eventually. Right now though, my role of the single target expert with burst damage is what we need.
Well, my beloved FDK is in s**t tier now :( Play UH or die...
Havoc is still at the bottom of the specs you would bring to raid...
