Among us reference cringe
hello fellow kids
Isn't the dreadlords/demons been doing this in WoW for ages already? Changing their looks and infiltrating humans to deceive us and learn our secrets. I remember there was a quest chain in Val'sharah involving us to unmask one of those, also one back in WoD during our garrison campaign and pretty sure this goes as far back as in vanilla/tbc.
I think I'm just going to side with the Jailer. Reality needs to be rewritten, this is beyond saving.
I've never seen so many sussy bakas in Wowhead comments. A very sus and very beatiful post
Seems a waste of time even if it is a good idea. Voice chat in raid will just cheat this every time. :/
Sounds like a fun mechanic but I'm worried the time limit of 30 seconds until they wipe everyone is going to ruin it since you can't carefully go around and inspect people until you you are sure. Unless of course it plays out super fast and you know who the imposter is in the first 5 seconds, then it will be just a boring phase.
I saw the boomkin vent
what does malganis give me if I wipe the raid for him
hopefully not a raid where people need to use voice to communicate quickly, a lot of people are mic shy and some people never shut up during a raid with open mics. This is going to make a normal boss pugged feel like a mythic boss without the heroic and mythic mechanics. Although i'm sure some weak aura will pop up for us to use, which would be a life saver even if it waits until after world first to be released.
I mean it kinda makes sense with dreadlords pretending to be someone else. But this reference. I guess it'll work out. lol
A mechanic that sounds creative on paper that's inevitably going to be ruined by addons which players seem to think Blizzard designs encounters around. But if that were true, they wouldn't really design mechanics like this in the first place, would they?

okay that actually sounds cool, unfortunately it sounds incredibly easy to do in theory
just kick them, when you find the imposter. EZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
