I wasn't going to speak, as I dont feel I have a dog in this fight (other than playing since vanilla) but I want to point out a few things that have been overlooked (IMHO).First - to the CM. Thanks for what you do. People playing a Game are commenting on what a person does for a Living as a Job, and that's just crap. Blizzard wants to use this business model, so be it. Like it or leave it. Ive been a share holder f with Activision for a long time, and they are a pretty profitable company. and the Devs Do want to hear what's wrong, but.. and this leads me to...Two: What percent of the game is created and catered to End of Game players and content? Your asking for adjustments and balances for some gear that 99% of players will never even see. Im not saying that it doesnt matter - but the argument seems to be more along "Why wont you Balance my "Class/Spec" so that I can do well with the other 1% of players that get to do Mythic Raids, etc etc. Yes - your input and needs are important, but a little perspective is always helpful in these situations. A company is not going to re-work a whole class because it has a few flaws in specific situations. IOW - if it aint Totally broke, Dont fix it - just patch it. Im not saying this is Right - Im just saying that in the long run, It's still a business. 3: Random and roaming question - Primarily to the Hunters... Have you mastered and played other classes and know them as well as a Hunter. Its possible that they are NOT the most broken class in the game? Just the Loudest? I know there are Many long time players that Have mastered all the classes - and I agree that in todays WoW, it just all feels the same. Ive played a Fire Mage, Ret Pally, and a Feral Druid as my primary classes for many years, and yes - the mechanics and changes and nerfs and buffs throughout the past decade have made my game play ebb and flow... Aside from that one patch in tBC, Ret's have struggled in PvE for a While. My current fear is that if Blizzard chooses to augment a broken class using Artifacts and gear, they are shooting themselves in the foot for any further expansions. Either we keep the same weapons for the rest of the game (boring) or the powers have to get translated into our core class (hard) or Something - because once Emerald Dream, or Whichever the next Xpac is, all this gear will be chucked and rendered useless (as it was in the beginning, so shall it forever be)..TL:DR- Dude's doing a paying job - gamers, lighten up...- Most Balance Issues effecting top 1%- You dont know your class sucks until you know them all- If fixes in broken class/specs are addressed with gear, its going to make next expansion impossible to balance again.in Conclusion:I think, the most productive method of dealing with this as a whole would be to have a CM post, per class, questions or issues that Devs are thinking about in R&D and let the general population respond to them Specifically. Answering a Question or Responding to a Comment is Far more productive than trying to gather up all the noise surrounding issues being chucked at CM's or Dev'sSo - a list of issues that the Devs want to, or are wondering about, would generate a specific topic feedback data list and that would at Least allow them to sift through Real comments on a Specific topic(s).again - just my $0.02StumpJumper
