It's class tuning hotfix season and the latest hotfixes to the Dragonflight Beta partially reverts some of the nerfs to boomkins made yesterday.
While boomkins were nerfed in
yesterday's build
, these hotfixes partially revert some of those changes but still leave it as a nerf:
The Eclipse hotfixes reverts Eclipse to the original state before the build.
The hotfixes buffs Mastery, but it's still a nerf compared to before yesterday's build.
Starfall is buffed in these hotfixes but still nerfed compared to before yesteday's build.

Damn Boomkins and Hunters really get tuned every single day and other specs are left to completely rot
Don't fret, they will do something like slapping 20% nerf to Frost Mages before Shadowlands, and will steadily unnerf ever 3 patches

Wow, this literally changes almost nothing at all. Incredible.
Still gonna be dead in mythic +.
Coming out of an expansion where boomkin defined the meta for S1/S2 and is very strong in S4, going into an expansion where on beta you can do top tier dmg in dungeons, have great utility and have best kicks of all classes now.
Just curious what your logic behind that statement is? Or are you a doomkin?
We are not very strong in s4 are you coping?
Watch any good boomkin who knows how to play around pulsar and you'll see boomkins are very capable of doing top level damage overall in keys. Sure, they'll get beaten by a survival, or a simped (?) destro but they are capable of matching any other class and beating most. They also have the highest m+ boss damage potential, which can be useful if you don't play with a 4th dps on bosses (BDK).
If you are complaining about boomie in S4 about anything other than not having a proper kick, you need to take a serious inward look.

Meanwhile Guardian druids don't exist
What's "wrong" with guardian? (honest question, not making fun. I just want to hear from a Guardian's thoughts).
Nothing really. It's just boring for a lot of tank players, it's the BM/Havoc of tank specs. Tank tuning is all incredibly close and every tank is "viable". They're stronger than they were in SL, have some pretty minor bugs, and are still 3m monsters. They're not going to be the meta spec but they're a perfectly fine tank if you're not trying to push into key levels that require meta classes.
Decent damage, strong self sustain, good Incarn burst, could use a little more snap threat.
Would it be nice if they were tuned better? Absolutely. Ursoc's Fury (UFR), which is the talent that gives them big shields just got a huge nerf (75% -> 30%) which makes their incarn way weaker but this opens them up for being well tuned outside of incarn and allows for talent choices where before you were forced to build into UFR. If that follow-up tuning never happens that nerf is going to feel pretty bad but not world ending.
My personal biggest gripe is the new talent system absolutely kills any sort of form weaving that Druid could do in the past, especially bear. Before all of our "weaving" talents were in a single row for every spec. Now all of our weaving is spread out across so many talent points it's impossible to take them without shooting yourself in the foot as talents are already super tight in the Druid tree. What this does is lower the skill ceiling for Bear and there's not a lot you can do to push beyond the basics and "master" the spec. Bear is essentially an extremely simple (and relatively boring) spec which is extremely strange compared to all of the other Druid specs which have a high degree of mastery and optimization possible.
The Druid class tree was the first released and has seen the least amount of changes mostly due to personnel changes at Blizzard that left us in a really rough spot going into DF. Every spec is forced down the tree in a specific way and all the choice a lot of other classes get in their class tree just doesn't exist for Druid. That said, that's a Druid problem, not a Guardian problem.

have best kicks of all classes now.
lmao. You want solar beam? take it. You're more likely to talent into skull bash if you need an interrupt in m+.
No you're not. Skull Bash requires 2 globals and is behind nearly 7 talent points.

Moonkin still isn't "very strong" in m+, it is decent and better than during S3 where it was just complete garbage but to say it is very strong is wrong. It benefits quite well from stacked Haste buffs and from the 15% buff to starfall.
The highest rated moonkin is ranked 1669th all specs considered, hardly "very strong" and obviously has survival/warlocks carrying him anytime his 3min CDs aren't up. If you think a 12s CA proc from Pulsar is enough to do competitive dmg on a pack or even in St you are deluded, CA is probably the worst or among the worst CDs in the game as it deals less damage than a lot of small CDs. Ravenous frenzy buffed by Sinful Hysteria is what deals the most damage.
Highest dps classes io: FDK 3190/ UDK 2967/ DH 3209/ Feral 3076/ BM 3029/ MM 3135/ Surv 3381/ ArcMage 3096/ FrMage 3173/ FireMage 3391/ WW 3367/ Ret 3180/ SP 3133/ Assa 2943/ Outlaw 3375/ Sub 2936/ ShamElem 3155/ ShamEnha 3191/ Affli 3095/ Demono 3270/ Destru 3339/ Arms 3078/ Fury 3286.
The highest moonkin with 3084io is ranked 17th out of the 23 dps specs, with two close ones like Arms and Feral, so yeah, very strong and as you said "beating most classes" ?

Guardians are fine. They were the OP tanks in SL what they want now?. Wanna be the Op in DF too? Learn to use your Maul now. LOL Maul.
Tell us you are either clueless or troll, without telling us! 🤨
https://raider.io/mythic-plus-character-rankings/season-sl-4/world/all/tank/17#content
Yup, you will find first Bear tank currently sitting at # 342 (page 17 on that list). There are every other tank class with timed mid 30s and the only ONE +30 timed by a bear tank is, surprisingly Junkyard.
The more you know.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
In Pvp bears were the OP tanks in the whole SL in ALL seasons. Wanna be the Op in Pve too?
We discussing PVE nerfs here, go cry on PvP forms if that's what you want. Unless you really are a troll who suddenly decided to change the direction of discussion when pointed out how wrong your meaningless post was. 🙄
