I am glad of being the one who datamined that and shared it to Wowhead. :)I agree also that the zone seem to be prepared for it, as by visiting the zone, there is multiple grounds platforms for something really big..
this is really cool i like the thought of it not being no where near the original site
What I don't understand about making the new world tree on the Dragon Isles is we've been told that this isn't a colonizing mission. The Horde and Alliance aren't going there to claim new land for themselves, so why are we theoretically playing at this idea of the night Elves making their new home in the Dragon Isles? Doesn't that directly contradict the "exploration" purpose of the mission we've been tasked with? Would Horde characters really help the Night Elves create a new home in this new place? Would the Horde Council just bend over at the idea of the Alliance gaining a foothold on the Isles while the Horde wouldn't get one? To me it just doesn't make sense with what Blizzard had been saying, nor does it make sense when I think of the way Horde characters think either.Does anyone else have any thoughts on this, I'd love to hear what you have to say.
I dont understand why you point to the seed as "sacrifice"... It's Tyrande. Infact Ysera refuse the sacrifice Tyrande because "The kaldorei need you beside them once more." So, in order to came back something must be done by Tyrande, that will take her away from the Kaldorei in a moment when they needs her as leader... Anyway to me look so out of characters from Ysera, in order to came back, ask a sacrifice like that. Look so selfish... And pointless.--------So, I was right... its not the seed and its someting that involves Tyrande... that's why Ysera talk about "Kaldorei needs you", because she would never accept that sacrifice and would leave the Kaldorei... and now make it more sense that is in Dragon Island in the Green dragon zones, where the linked to the Emerald Dream in even stronger
I'm not going to look a world tree in the mouth, but if it is a new world tree it really needs to be in the classic azeroth zones.
So here is a speculation that might make more sense:In the Dragonflight cinnematic trailer we see the Stonyboy watching the ocean.Once he iss awakening again, he can see a strange green lighting from beyond the clouds he is looking into.It could be that the growth of a new world tree is acting as a reason why the dragon isles are awakening again: A huge and outerworldish burst of life energy just emerged on Azeroth. It suites the lines Alextraza is saying during the cinnematic.I'm also pretty sure since Forsaken got their home back this patch, that NEs will get tehirs back next one.So the Globe of Rebirth has NOTHING to do with the Seed, but a quest for Ysera daughter do mature with Tyrandes help while finding a way to ressurect Ysera.
Hi I’m of the Horde and I’ll gladly help the Night Elves and Ysera. I’d think since Teldrassil is gone they would go hang out in Nordrassil like they are in the SL book. Teldrassil was also rushed to grow by Fangral if I remember correctly. It didn’t have a blessing so now they will actually have a solid place to live at. Either way, it’s going to be cool and I do hope she comes back.
I don't think Night Elves new city should be on the Dragon Isles. It should be in Kalimdor. Otherwise, it rewards the Horde's attempt at conquest and genocide by forcing them from their native lands.
A shame NEs have to lose Kalimdor... Ah well!
I can’t imagine Blizzard putting the Night Elves’ new home in expansion content that will be ignored in 3 years. It just doesn’t make sense, especially when the Forsaken got their old home back. It’s likely the datamined zone will serve to possibly recreate a new “Wyrmrest” and get the dragons out of Northrend, as well as set up possibly Ysera and Alexstraza as the Aspects of the Great Cycle. The seed was a gift OF Night Elves FOR Night Elves, and frankly it makes more sense for the seed to rebirth Teldrassil. It would be cost prohibitive to re-design the Hyjal zone to accommodate a new 1-20 zone, and the Dragon Isles are nowhere near the Night Elf ancestral lands. I’m excited to see where this is going, but I highly doubt the new Night Elf city will be in an expansion zone.
"The Globe of Rebirth - Newly Datamined Spells PREPARE THE WAY."Il'gynoth conspiracy theorists are foaming at the mouth now.
