Reverted, now good. Now make it more interesting... not a just floating sandbag that gives miniscule rewards.
The bigger problem is still that it doesn't seem to apply to spells that were on cooldown before you get the buff, making it all but useless for many specs.
With the affix in this state, nobody I know is even going to bother doing keys. They go from challenging to completely impossible. We'll just go back to playing other games until Blizzard either remove this affix or it rolls to next week.Breathtakingly stupid.

I am just sitting here laughing at all the kids who complained the affixes that made mobs take increase damage would some how prevent their class from getting invited...Now we have these terrible affixes we have to interact and play around after complaining we had to do the same thing the last 8 years.GG everyone
It feels like they are trying to kill M+, this is already a pain in the butt if it spawns at the wrong time in a boss flight and can be a insta wipe due to other mechanics you cant ignore, but have too for this.
bro u know the math aint mathing when a 1 min cd with the buff active is 42 sec cd ( the buff is saying 50%cd), blizz shuld start doing some more tests before adding afixes like this, since aswell some bosses are going to be $%^&* with it, and for some reason i belive that the 10% dmg reduce to the enemyes is wrong aswell and is much higher

I don't Mythic+ at all but I notice this new obsession with them making things have an insane amount of health. Like, Tier 8 Delves are tough but not impossible but the HP pools on enemies is !@#$ing ridiculous. When normal mobs have 25-40 million HP in a 2 player delve, it's pretty ridiculous. I miss pre-buff Delves, they were a challenge but didn't add tedium in terms of Mob HP
