A LOT of misguided players in the comments who are assuming this whole exercise will result in people they personally dislike being terminated rather than the ones that actually did the wrongdoing are going to be very disappointed in the near future.
what I'm curious about is how much is original Blizzard and how much Activision?
I think you are all not giving Bobby enough credit, the dude was amaaaaaaaazing in Moneyball. He played the role of a stingy, overbearing baseball owner that wanted his general manager to perform far beyond reasonable expectations given the lack of support he supplied. He did amazing, just outstanding in a role he was obviously not comfortable with. Overlooked for an oscar.....
still can't believe the homeland advisor under the bush administration works for blizzard, but reading this again, it makes sense.
The real question is what we end up with when this is all over.
Not really surprising tbh
People should be playing whatever version of any given game they have access to, rather than waiting for a version of that game THEY would ideally prefer. That's even if they REALLY want to play the game (in question) at all.I also don't get why some people want to play multiple version of the same game, developed by any company that'll develop a game just like the one they're already playing.
If my truck dealership had an internal personnel problem and started messing with MY truck service then I’m dropping them. Do you know how many businesses around the world, big and small, have similar problems to fix? Separate your internal problems from your product. I bet they’ve lost a ton of customers over how they’re messing with our service.
If only they could communicate the same way about their games and their current state (probably agony)...I'm kinda done with all this ^&*!... Especially because the victims doesn't seem to really get justice, and also because we all know the IG consequences of this drama...
He comes to see if there is any reason to play again. It is way cheaper to check the news here then pay a sub.
They better not remove my ereder succubus on my warlock i worked very hard to earn that..
All I imagine reading this is the scene from deadpool, where Townsend is yelling at all the press and public attention... "What's my name?" all the press stays silent while all these other agencies pissed off about the "settlement" of 18M are deadpool, whispering to themself... "Oh I'm gonna spell it out for ya". 18M is not a real punishment to this company. Meanwhile, Wowhead leads, I'm glad you allowed the comments to stay open for discussion on this topic, as most associated have been locked. It doesn't paint the greatest picture of supporting the community that, in turn, 'supports' blizzard. Pushes people away from civil discussion and forces discussions to happen in less controlled and level-headed environments, like live-streams and Reddit. Two thumbs up from me.
