Ah, I'm so excited for this now.
Sounds silly ... like it's hard to believe that suddenly an allied race feels like horde enemies are their own now. Meh.
People are misunderstanding what is being said and those who are pointing it out, aren't explaining it well. When she says 'years ago' she is talking about the WoD Cinematic. Time passes between WoD Cinematic and the opening of the Red Dark Portal. They are still in the same time-frame, they are just talking about when Grom went against Gul'dan. Because the dark portal was not finished in the cinematic yet.As for Durotan and Grom, why would they be the main leader of the Mag'har? That would butcher the lore even more than it already has been. Besides, Durotan nor Grom would willingly serve Sylvanis, so they probably chose not to similar to Saurfang. And it would just be odd for Thrall to be with his parents without them finding out. And it isn't Durotan's daughter like some have said, because still only about 2 years have passed, so if they did have a child that isn't Thrall, it would only be 2 years old.As for Alliance getting AU Draenie, I doubt it would be an Allied Race. They would probably add customization to the existing Draenie, but that's it. Because AU Draenie and the ones we have are the same exact Draenie other than Ragari. And this will probably happen since Blood Elves got Golden Eyes.Saurfang and Eitrigg are probably still talking, but Saurfang left, but gave the idea to Eitrigg before he abandoned the Horde. To me, it sounds like Eitiff, Saurfang and probably Baine would go against Sylvanis, just gaining her trust. Will Sylvanis be killed? I don't think so, I am hoping that she see's what she is doing is wrong and returns to how she was before Cataclysm when she was actually likable. Maybe she will even be reminded of Arthas like Jaina was.
To the guy who said xpac is in the span of a year, don't look too much into it, even Blizzard dosen't. They said that Arthas was killed 4 years prior to Legion, but in the meantime, Anduin went from child to adulthood and trained to combat. Blizzard is just bad at continuity. It is the way it is.
Interestingly, the location to obtain Heritage Armor is Orgrimmar, unlike other two Allied Races which ask you to return to Thundertotem/Suramar. Does this mean the Mag’har won’t have starting zone to go back? Or are they kinda stranded in Azeroth after introductory quests?Warlord Geyarah will probably be introduced during the unlocking scenario. We don’t know what will happen in the scenario but the known ones have some kind of trial or threat we have to deal with so far... Hmm, we enlisted a Bronze Dragon to help, I doubt it will be anyone else beside Chromie. Maybe we will get a glimpse of what happened to Soridormi and how it affected Nozdormu. Maybe the Infinite Dragons will try to jeopardize our plan (trying to take the shard Sylvanas gave us to open the link)? Maybe Kyrozdormu himself (his other version or different timeline) or whoever trying to assassinate Chromie will show up? Maybe the main part of the scenario is not on the Cavern of Time but on AU Draenei, with some twists! So many possibilities, so much to explore!
Lol gonna be great for mag'har orcs to join our horde and then find out our warchief doesn't care about honor at all! The mag'har look incredible though, I'm so happy to see them playable
WHo da heck is Overlord Geyarah? They could at least give us a familiar orc Hero.... I would love someone like Lancestor....
The Mag'har intro seems off.. maybe Sylvanas makes the bronze dragons re-establish the link between worlds, but with the time difference between MU and AU removed? So 34 years would have passed for them, allowing the clans to gel together, and for a new generation to take the lead?...To people QQing about female leaders... Kindly be quiet. There is no legit reason women can't lead, and YES, there IS a lack of female characters, and that SHOULD be fixed. If you object to that, you're no loss to this community, go ragequit, no one's stopping you.
These broadcast texts look like the biggest axe they ever took to the lore or the consistency of the in-game world. I knew Horde would recruit Mag'har...but litterally every other way would have been better than this. This is despicably bad writing. At this point...why don't we just recruit faceless from the Black Empire times? Or Unicorns out of the special Diablo3 map.
Oh my god you screaming insecure toddlers. Grom's still the leader of the draenor orcs, it says so right in the text. TEH WIMMINS aren't taking over your beloved testosterone fueled neanderthals. Heaven forbid he send one of his officers to stand around in Orgrimmar mindlessly handing out quests to level 20s instead of doing it himself. And chances are pretty good that Overlord Geyara might be Greatmother Geya, who's been around as long as Garrosh has.
