hahahahahahahahaokreally interesting how they didnt show the emails they're trying to defend. imagine sending a profane email to your boss, getting fired for it, then crying.please. give me a break.
Blizzard's QA is crap anyway. These workers won't be missed by me. Get some QA who actually do good work and contribute to the game looking like the triple-A title it's supposed to be instead of riddled with more bugs than a Bethesda game and more typos than a google translated Korean MMO.
Stop whining and get to work where they tell you. When I hear these complaints it makes me think of a 12 year old.
California is an at will state and 1st amendment gives you freedom of speech not freedom of repercussions so frivolous lawsuit will go nowhere
“We don’t allow employees to use profane or abusive language against each other,”so employee vs employee is unacceptable, but when it's management playing grabhands with the employees, everything if fine?
When the government decides who you're allowed to hire and fire, you live in a dystopia.
Did they seriously expect a different outcome? No company is going to keep them when they act like children throwing tantrums and were unprofessional. Look, we all know it sucks that work from home is ending, but anyone with even half a brain could have foreseen this coming. Every major company is ending that rule, and ActiBlizz is no different. We all know that it's very inconvenient for them, but that's life. It's always an inconvenience popping up every day. Suck it up and move forward.
You cussed out your employer and you didn't see this coming? Anger like that doesn't appear impulsively it builds until it releases. I guess they are doing this suit hoping to get enough money to live off of, because nobody will want to hire them it looks like. This is their last payday. Cemented further by the lawsuit now, where as they could of just found employment elsewhere without drawing a media circus to you.
