For once, I like the Horde hub more - in particular, because we see all Horde races represented and mingling with the natives. Hopefully, there will be more Ally NPC around Boralus besides humans :D
Anyone else feel like the shadows look different? Especially in this pic: http://zamimg.cuckhead.com/uploads/screenshots/normal/707818.jpgIt seems to have a more realistic contour as it falls along the roof of the tower, and it seems to be darker at the edge and fades exponentially to a lighter shade and then stays a consistent shade. It also seems to have a more solid substance closer to the shadow source and begins to blur more as it gets farther away.
looks good, but it also looks incredibly unfinished, can't wait to see what it looks like when its done.
Looks like Lake-Town from the hobbit movie
What a wonderful city! Even unfinished it looks beautiful. Not as bright as Zuldazar, much more elegant. That's what WoW needs.
Well ... seems quite similar to Goblin cities ... only cleaner. :-/
I loved the Horde hub but this one... EVEN MORE ! <3 Very great work Blizzard !Can't wait to play BfA !
cool architecture but it is too greyish making it look quite dull
As I was looking at the screenshots I couldn't help but seeing White Harbor from ASOIAF in my mind. Great job of the art team with Alliance and Horde hubs.
It's very beautiful but I think that the climate is so gray.. I wish to see the sunlight more sometimes, maybe not in every moment but I would like if the couldy weather can change.
i am the only one that feels like a stone goblin-esque architecture feel from this buildings? ( not so polluted, but still "dirty")
They do look a bit different, but with every expansion Azeroth expands & improves I guess...
My goodness.... it's magnificent! This is everything and more of what I envisioned Kul'Tiras might look and be like. I can feel it now, with some good music and ambience - this city is going to be amazing to wander around in. I absolutely love the poignant contrast between the look and feel of the Horde city, Zuldazar, and the Alliance city, Boralus. Each new city fits really well in their respective construct, and I look forward to seeing the differences between the factions better defined within the future storylines. The ideological differences between the Horde and the Alliance is what truly makes the story so very interesting.
One thing i dont like about it - it's just grey. The whole city in one color.
