Let's all shed a tear for Saurfang. He feels really bad about all the genocide he's committing.
Blizzard if this is what you were going for with Saurfang, he should have said SOMETHING! in the game to Sylvanas. Why remove that entirely from what most players will see? Why ONLY show it in your extra cinematics and books? This seems a vital part of this story. Vital parts should always be what the majority of players are shown inside the game
Great Cinematic when is the Alliance one coming?
Ha! For the horde. Good to see honor still exists under all this atrocious behavior. Sylvanas makes a great Banshee Queen, but I don't like her as my warchief, she's just a little too psychotic to ... uphold all the horde's ideals. I liked her better when she was one of the team, not in charge of it... Sylvanas might not show the horde's honorable heart... but I knew it was there all the same. Someone just has to take the button out of her hands and we'll be back on track <_>.
I like how the troll seems very naive about war - I almost imagine that beside the player character, Saurfang, and a select few others - most of the current horde is 'new generation' - a first batch, eager to prove themselves to their ancestors, their bloodline, and perhaps most of all, to themselves. This could explain why they're blind to Sylvanas and her crude acts. They've heard the grandour of war, romanticizing it - and now they want war, just any war.I personally hope for Sylvanas to keep being as she is - She's taking on some of her old colors, where compromise and mercy weren't a thing. It would be immensely boring if both sides acted on the same principles during a war. Sylvanas wants to lead the horde to victory, even if she has to drag them by the ears. For her, victory is absolute, it does not matter how you obtain it, for once you win, you win, no matter the losses - something she might've learned from old boi Arthas.(Also her title is 'Warchief' 'The Dark Lady' and 'Leader of the Forsaken', how on earth do people believe she should be a goody-girl like Anduin?)

My problem with the Sylvanas story line isn't that she is cruel (i would prefer if it didn't happen, but whatever, its their story line), it is that she seems stupid and weak. And that is where I think they failed with it. Since I figure a lot more horde members would be ok, or quiet about it, if Sylvanas' actions actual did something that benefit the horde. To sum it up:The stupid stuff:- She didn't kill Malfurion when she had the chance-Didn't capture the Nightelf captial-Didn't raise the dead Nightelves after burning their capital (seriously, that's like her (and the forsakens) whole deal)The weak stuff:-Lost a fight to Malfurion (and from what can tell, she had the backing of the Horde army)-Lost control of her emotions due to a comment from a dying Nightelf-Lost (or will lose) the Undercity (seriously, if this doesn't happen, then at least people could argue that her action did something that benefited the horde, but since Blizzard wants to keep everything balance, there are no gains from being evil). Its hard to follow a 'evil' leader that seems stupid and/or weak. Or anyone for that matter who has those traits. Or to put it another way, its kind of feels like she cheated at poker, just to fold.
