Isn't multiboxing programs considered as 3rd party programs?
Well this is good news. I have two accounts I use at any given time and sometimes I'm on both at once. Not to be out in the world interacting with objects/npcs but to invite my "other' account's toons into my personal guild. So it's good to know I will not be banned for doing that.
because money
why would they ban someone paying multiple subscriptions
Blizzard..what-the-actual-&$%&$
Cmon. If you see 10 chars doing exactly the same simultaneously, you can tell something is off.
I guess ill refund my shadowlands on the account I'm now not going to use anyway, saying mirroring key is bannable then easy way of multibox is now bannable
This is great, yeah there shouldn't be anything wrong with having multiple accounts, but using software to control them like bots is obviously problematic. I just want to see those stupid piles of identical moonkins standing suspiciously in the exact same spot gone
..."that use of input broadcasting software may result in account penalties."every single multiboxer uses that kind of #$%^. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to do anything thats worth in game. Therfor... just ban them all finally. This %^&* is the definition of pay2win. Blizzard just doesn't want to lose the money of those whales. Pathetic.
They are still screwed, which is fine by me
so multiboxing is allowed if you have like 5 hands, one for each character.. but if you use a mapper that mirrors the buttons to each window.. that's bannable. right. Like you're allowed to have a car that can get to 200mph.. you're just not allowed to drive it at that speed in just about everywhere.. I guess you could use robotics, a physical method.. over buttons of many keyboards either singled out through vms or physical systems. What if you run wow on a vm, but the hid device is really a simulated device in your base OS?.. the vm wont be able to tell that it's not a physical device and wont detect a program is interfering it.. Essentially like a keyboard macro that's programmed to the keyboard without windows knowing it. Into the memory of the keyboard. seems relatively easy to get around if you have the hardware. No? and that said you could bot without detection as well.
