Reins of the Soaring Meaderbee can be purchased from Cendvin for 900 Sizzling Cinderpollen, which can be farmed from Elite bees west of the Cinderbrew Meadery.

If you have completed the main quest chain and enabled adventure mode for your alts, you can just pick a lvl 70 alt with good aoe and mobility ( + skinning).
Head to the beach/cliffs at around 73/33.
There you will find plenty of Tempest Wolf and Rustcloud Runt , which scale with your level and have a decent respawn rate. Just work your way from one end of the beach/cliff to the other, but beware the bees those are still 80!

Got it after 2-3h of farming, as a tank in a group

Nice little bee (the mount is quite small to be honest)

But damn, those bees, bumblebees hit hard !

I got this in about 3 hours of farming. Bring an herbalist/miner/skinner to farm this out. Mining and Herbing nodes have a higher chance to be the extra nice version in the elite areas. If you're a lowbie stick to the shore as mentioned in some of the other comments. Partying up will speed this up significantly, especially if you're going to pull large groups of bees. They hit pretty hard this fresh in the xpac. This area also has a few rares that spawn periodically.

I normally don't comment much, but wanted to mention that as of the date of this comment, the most efficent way I've found is to utilize decently geared 70s, farming the wolves along the coastline (away from the level 80 bees that will essentially one-shot you) until you get to 72 on each alt (because at that point, your DPS is no longer OP). If you're like me and have lots of alts that were decently geared with some of the dalaran defender's stuff, you will pretty much ice everything solo. I farmed on a fury war, a veng dh, a prot pally, and an unholy dk. Took me about an hour or two per character, just slowly chain pulling along the beach and talented for AOE, and was getting on average 225 sizzling cinderpollen per toon.
